Dave Walsh RRT
Dave Walsh is a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and
a licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in Illinois.
He has almost thirty-five years in the field of Respiratory
Care with the last twenty years spent concentrating in the area
of sleep disordered breathing. After building a comprehensive
sleep disorders center, Dave established the first hospital
based compact multiphysiologic recording program for the diagnosis
and treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) at
a community hospital in Chicago. He has had the opportunity
over the past fifteen years to travel across the country and
train fellow heath care practitioners in the scoring and analysis
of compact sleep apnea studies. In addition to his lectures
at state and national professional meetings, Dave has published
several articles on the subject of sleep apnea diagnostics and
has been interviewed for several health care industry magazines.
